Delivered server IPs in the discord

right now there is no (intuitive) way to find the server IPs in the main discord. makes it seem like y'all dont actually want people to join the servers.

pictures above show the normal persons view of the server (and the "info" channel where you have to scroll up to find the servers)

Should say "1.17.-1.21.x" because we cannot support anything before that due to the world height/depth change.

Also should have the bedrock port number just incase people are confused on what port it is.

Having a dedicated location that has the IPs for our servers would be very much beneficial to not just newcomers, but also to even the most seasoned of members as it would grant anyone quick access to these IPs in case we have someone outside of eGO that wants to know more but might not want to join just yet. Having this dedicated location would also give a quicker and more uniform/neat look for all of the servers that we host, almost like a showcase to what we have to offer.

I was testing a sidebar thing like so:

but found it didnt communicate alot of info that i would like, instead I think I will make an all server-status channel, and seperate the divisions out by threads within that chan to rich embeds that look like this:

Aye, this could work. Of course, I'm also going to assume that these will be changed as needed should we change/add/remove any of our servers, as needed. I'd also like to get others opinions on this as well, just to see how everyone else would like to see this happen.
