It was strange. Suddenly so many of players get crashed like they have to reconnect back to CSS.

Server crashed again tonight; 8/29 at 9:15pm EST. Everyone lost connection.

Strange, it was around 9PM-9:30PM EST on that day before I posted this thread. Everyone got disconnected like one by one.

Server crashed again 9/2 6:02pm EST. Two players were talking about "crashing" within 1 or 2 minutes before it happened. Tech contact me privately for their info if you're interested.

Possibly found the culprit of who was intentionally crashing the server. I banned them and the problem has gone away thus far. Will report back if any further crashes occur.

I will be closing this for now. It does appear that the user causing this issue was dealt with. If this reoccurs, please make another post so we can look into it further.
