What are all of these random files on my C drive?

I dont have them on my other computer and I would like to know what they are (the t10 ones) Googling them didnt come up with any results.

Looks to me like those are leftover temp files from another program on your computer. My guess is Total Commander, although I can't be sure, since I've never used it. Since they're all zero length files, they have no data inside them, and are probably okay to delete, although I can't say that with 100% certainty.

transfer them to a usb or something or back them up (i think .bak or something like that, not sure coz i have never tried it) and delete them

You should scan your pc just in case. Also if you want to clean temp files and leftovers download Ccleaner, it's an excellent tool for this. http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Run the normal Cleaner and the Registry cleaner, that will most likely clean things up.

also try scanning with an Anti-virus just in case.
