When bomb is defused in time and voice announcement that it was defused is heard, a "QuickDefuse" message appears saying the bomb was detonated for choosing incorrect wire.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but this has been in the server since I was playing back in 2014. Pretty much they just choose a color after the bomb has been defused and it'll pop up with that message. I do it every time just to see if my choice was correct haha.

Only if they choose a wire. If no wire is chosen but "E" pressed it's not a quick defuse. In this case the message says the incorrect wire was chosen which would be an explosion, but clearly there is no explosion but in fact a CT victory.

thats a normal messeage after you have defused it people tend to press on it, just to check if they were correct or just to get rid of the pop up menu by pressing 1-4

I'm sorry, but that's not correct. You should only get a detonation message if the bomb was exploded from choosing the incorrect wire. There is no opportunity to choose a wire from a bomb that was safely defused and no message would appear. Also, the message seems to be automatic after each explosion. Not sure anyone is checking to see what the wire color is.
