Medium Delivered CS:S Dust2: Get rid of the team flash warning messages

This is more of a housekeeping suggestion, team flashes were recently disabled on the server, but the server still sends notifications of team flash, which creates some confusion sometimes. The notification is more or less redundant now, I'd suggest removing it all together. I am referring to the "Player X was team flashed by Player Y for Z seconds" messages that show up in chat and console. They still appear, even though the team flash effects are filtered out for the player.
