Detailed description of the bug
If you are spectating someone and they jump into the lava and die, your screen goes black, then when you respawn your audio is bugged and you cant hear anything. Will update with clip later.

Yeah this happens to me too constantly even without the person jumping into lava, when I die sometimes I immediately get met with a black screen unable to hear anyone or anything and sometimes that goes into the next round and I have to swap my audio devices for sound to come back. I cant spectate anyone when I die usually.

I believe this is a game bug, and we can't do much about it other than hope valve fixes it. Marking as won't fix.
