I get this when I try to play... flash I think it was, the other servers work fine though. It also signs me out of friends for some reason.

I don't think it will help, it seems to be a server problem or a bug in DoD.

I get this error sometimes as well. I just close steam and re-open it, and I just keep trying to join the game. Maybe after 10 times I finally get in to the game, and it's on the Flash server.

This ALWAYS works for me. Close steam completely and re-log in.

The Flash server is the only one that does it to me!!!!

Happened to me last night. Closed down steam, re-launched and it worked. There has got to be a better solution though.

I have the fix!!!
Go to....

C/Programfiles/steam

Look for the clientregistry BLOB file and delte it restart steam you will be go to go!!!

This time around I was able to get the game to launch after rebooting. I tried Slayr's fix, and it seems to have worked.

I remember a while ago I had to remove all 3 files such as in Dieinpeace's response when I could not launch it even after rebooting.

Everytime I try connect strand it says "Invalid steam id". Its bad cause strand is a fun map
