e's want to get noticed?

Since we have 4 new servers, we need more admins. Especially the ones who play in the morning and help us fill the servers up. We are going to be watching these servers and I personally will be playing in them along with the division leaders for the next week or two to try and get them off the ground.

Thats where you guys come in......

Dont ask for promotions
Be a good sport
Dont try to admin the server (let us do it)
report problems if you are the only one on the server

I already have one e in mind for a field promotion, he played with me in our new goldrush server this morning. He was an excellent sport and followed to the other ones to help out filling them up. To be a good leader you must first be a good follower.

Im tired of hearing all the crying of people not getting noticed, its time to put up or shut up boys and girls. I will see all of you tomorrow morning in eGO servers. If you dont like the new maps then fine, you still will probably get eG someday, but im looking for leaders and am ready to do some field promotions in the next couple of days to worthy and deserving e's and eG's.

I will see you all on the field of battle, say your prayers first before entering because your scalp is mine once you get there

1) Post on the forums - It's important to communicate

2) Know our rules - It's also very important to know our clan rules

3) Use our Ventrilo - It's much better to get to know someone over vent

4) Play a lot - Pretty important for being an admin

Excellent tips, both of you. Complaining about not being noticed is very stupid. If you have the time to post a thread, or send a PM about not getting noticed, you certainly have time to post on forums and get to know people. Also, by posting or PMing like that, you will ensure that A) you are in fact noticed, but B) a large portion of the clan's first impression of you is that you are complaining. Which.. is the exact opposite of what you want to be doing.
If you are going to get noticed, get noticed as a positive, responsible, appreciative person.

I would, but I work from 6 am to 5 pm so not really able to do much in that time, but if you want I can come in and go spec in the mornings to help seed a server. Just kick me when needed.

Please do, I did this on the Warpath server for a few days. I would keep doing it but i had some heat problems with my computer. So i had to let my computer take a break from being on straight 24/7 for a few months straight. Anyways yes very good idea to seed servers in the morning. I am sure it will also get you noticed as well.

Yes that is ok. In fact i would encourage any =e= to it as often as they can. We can and will almost always kick you when needed. Gives us new EG's a chance to actually kick people in a live server.

i made sure to tell the admin what i was doing and to kick when the server filled...

if we had more people do this i dont see why all our servers wouldnt fill the top positions

3) Give Garden $50
4) Start offering $50 to all the eG's and eGO's I see in server
5) Never play TF2 ever

Play a lot is all you really need to do. Sometimes, you my not get noticed and get overlooked, but remember that this is a game, and you are in a pretty big clan. People should not join eGO for:

1. Admin (Unless they truly want to help)
2. Promotion (Promotions are either for the extra letters to the tag or admin to those who ask)
3. Maps (If you like the map and not really interested in the clan, just play as a pub)

If your in the servers, especially the new ones in the morning you are being watched by many pairs of eyes. Not just by ppl in the servers but through rcon as well, we have already field promoted 4. This is an important time for the TF2 division, we need to ensure the new servers become as popular as the old ones, also when you are in there always remember to have fun and do a little recruiting. Nothing to pushy, just be cool about it I actually snagged a couple of ppl today myself

Being social is one way to get noticed, being well behaved will go beyond that. If you can show that you like to play on our servers and you would like to enforce punk-free gaming, you will be promoted quickly.
