Points for headshots given twice.

Detailed description of the bug
When I get a single headshot I noticed that we're given point credit for 2 headshots. Obviously it should only be one point per headshot.

I realize just now that it happens for Dominating a player as well.

Not only that but Terrorist's can just exchange bomb and get points because for some reason the drop does remove it after the second time they drop it.
