What are your opinions on the Half-Life/Portal series?

What are your thoughts on the Portal/Half-Life series?
This includes Opposing Force, Blue Shift, Episode 1, Episode 2, Source, Original & Black Mesa
This also includes Portal 1 & Portal 2

I've personally grown up with these games my whole childhood, my favorites out of the series are Half-Life: 2 and Portal 2.
I grew up with these games for years and played for hours on end and modded the game (not cheating like, just using in-game cheats to kill the NPCs), I also followed every storyline plot I could've through the whole games, played them late at night, played them during the day, after I got home from school, kind of like how I had an obsession with Left 4 Dead 1 & 2. I just thought it would be a good thread to post to see if there's anyone who ever bought the "Valve complete package" back in the day or recently and has gotten into these games. I'd love to hear what you think of these game series and if you'd ever want to play them again and why you like them.​

I very much also grew up on these games - recently started playing HL2 again and forgot how fun it was!!

Still love almost all the Source games and happily replay / play them all the time. They are very much timeless I feel.

The source multiplayer pack is how I got into source games. I always enjoyed css, and the other multiplayer games more and also really liked portal 2 coop. I'm not gonna lie though, I haven't played through either of the half life games or black mesa.
