I just want everyone to know that no one in LE did more to unify the CS community than Jayy. He actively worked to keep the concerns and interests of both CS2 and CS:S as an equal priority within the community. He really took time to listen to all of us and took each seriously. He invested his time and always showed a gracious appreciation for the servers and admins who maintain them. He was always open to input from not just fellow LE but also admins and clients and encouraged decisions that involved the CS team. I'm incredibly saddened to see him step away from LE as I deeply appreciate how far we've come with his guidance. CS interaction is healthier because of him. I sincerely want him to know the respect and gratitude he has earned is rare and special. He is truly a Leader.

Jayy you're a top bloke and a right good sort. Thank you for everything.
