You can nominate the same map back to back

Detailed description of the bug
when you do

/nominate (map name)

it lets you vote for the map


I believe it crashes the server, pls re-add VIP fix this command

There's another bug report regarding the same issue, I don't think it's been solved yet, at least this specific one where it crashes the server when switching to the same map after voting for it.

erm all you do is /nominate (map name), so if its vipinthemix just do /nominate vipinthemix

if the current map is vipinthemix and when nextmap gets nominated for vip it crashse the server
i assume its same map back to back crashes the server

it happened 30 minutes ago on minecraft beta and server is still down i think
