Detailed description of the bug
cant join server, this likely isn't an isolated issue my guess is the server files are not updated and their is a client/server version mismatch

When it comes to Valve server updates, generally they get executed upon the next map change. So you'd basically just need to wait for it to rotate and then you can join on the new version.

If it doesn't update on map change, someone can manually initiate it.

The update was only 20 minutes ago at time of writing this so, you can probably get in any second.

Server has been updated, you should be able to join.
