These answers were actually written out quite a while ago (within a few days of the questions being asked), but there were around one or two dozen questions I wasn't able to give any interesting answers for, and I'd felt bad, so I left it by the wayside figuring I'd come back and answer them more satisfactorily. I was able to do that with some questions, but given how long's passed, I figured I'd just release it as-is.

This can be a complex and sensitive topic, so I don't want to get into it in too much detail here, but the short and sweet answer is: yes.

1. No, I haven't really had any dreams where I've felt like I've been able to do anything of particular note. This interpreted variation of the question seems to allude into the realm of lucid dreaming, which I do know to be possible given enough practice (or, as the interpretation suggests, strong enough desires/willpower), but I've had no such luck. On occasion, I've been tempted to try getting myself to lucid dream out of curiosity for what it would be like and what I would be able to do, but I've never put in the (quite significant) effort to do so.
2. No, I don't know of anyone personally that's gone to such lengths. Then again, I also don't know that many people personally, sooooo...

If you had an actual meaning beyond incoherent memeing, feel free to actually ask lol.

I can technically unban anyone, I just wouldn't. If their ban deserved to have been lifted, it would've been so on appeal.

I'm going to assume you mean "unlimited bacon but no more video games OR games, unlimited games, but no more games bacon", as the original doesn't make much sense. Anyway, this is actually an easy question! I don't have bacon particularly often, and have other foods I prefer much more, so it's an easy choice towards games (even if I haven't been playing as much recently).

I used to be a dog person growing up, but within the past few years I've found myself increasingly preferring cats. Both in terms of visual appeal (they're cute!) and likely being more suitable to my lifestyle.

CS 1.6 or CS:S?

CS 1.6! It's one of the first games I played and I continued to play it for quite some time until I eventually hopped to GO. I skipped past CS:S initially and only really began to play it after getting more involved in eGO, but I'm still not too active on it.

Giraffe. Seems like it'd be far easier (and less dangerous?) than a cheetah.
