Short description of the bug
surf_genesis and surf_obsessed_v2 have no start or ending

Detailed description of the bug
surf_genesis and surf_obsessed_v2 have no starting position with the message. "No respawn position found for map." I ran through the map and never got a time when I finished it.

We should have a fix for this coming soon, waiting on the gitlab to allow us to push the changes. Map should be removed for now, but it should be coming back after the change and testing has been done.

As surf is down at the moment, I am moving this to completed. Surf is being actively worked on.
