Negev with all bullets

Detailed description of the bug
Very rarely, a person will roll a Negev 0/6 from RTD but another one that is completely full of bullets will spawn underneath them, spawning 2 of them. In the clip I got of it happening the map had just changed, I'm guessing it's something to do with that or 6ix9ine is just hacking.

Nah this has happened to me too, someone got the full one in my cell and said "OMG THANK YOU SOUPP SO MUCH OMG" thinking i had spawned it in for him
