Official eGO CS2 Server Outage

Due to the recent update by Valve pushed out on 2025-08-14, certain critical elements of our CS2 servers are broken. The relevant frameworks and plugins need active work from the relevant authors to be fixed, and until then, there will be an extended outage. This should (hopefully) be a shorter outage than with the AnimGraph2 revamp, but there is no ETA at this time.
