Server Crashing

Detailed description of the bug
Server is crashing anytime people utilize the !or/ kill command and it also crashes when they use the c4 bomb that a random T gets. This started happening after the most recent server update.

Ill say its more of the server changes maps instead of full crashing but it kicks everyone out of the server ( you are immediately able to rejoin the server).
