Add 1.25x and 1.5x Speed to /rtd


Add Sprint to /shop
Gives you a speed boost for a small period of time with a 20-30 second cooldown (if you have 1.25x or 1.5x speed from /rtd it would cancel it out after use)


Add Different Fuse Times to the C4, most likely they would be 5, 15, 30 and 60

I'm happy with buying sprint like in GO, but I don't like the idea with different c4 times. C4 is already very busted on specific maps, making it shorter is ridiculous, 30 seconds is already fair - 60 seconds is too long.

1.5x speed is too much, but I'm fine with 1.25x.
