Hello, im here to invite everybody thats part of this wonderful group of friends to continue there legacy of punk-free gaming onto an mmo called Guild Wars. Were trying to build up a guild that would maintain the same rules as ego has on there gaming servers as well as there forums, but pushing it into a friendly mmo. if you would like to contact me about more information please feel free to.
Guild wars name : Modest Was Mouse
xfire and msn e-mail: [email protected]
xfire nickname: eafrogg

Hopefully if we can get enough players, we could make this into a really great guild and be able to participate in pvp events and etc and it should be completely fun 8D.

wow, i havent played guild wars for 3 years. had a boon prot monk, would be so weird to start up again. could be fun though, like a fresh new start, haha. I will definately look into this.

I would def be interested in something like this. I recently stopped playing gw for tf2 among other reasons. I would however pick it back up if I had some peeps to play with =)

I always intended to pick up a copy of this game, but never got around to it. Is it worth it, or will I get tired of it like I did Diablo?

Eh? you got a 50/50 chance. Is like WoW,Slikroad, and others. But when I played it, I enjoyed it. Then again I like Diablo better LOL

No, its totally different.

I call it the mmo for people who love and hate mmos.

Theres no grinding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, that's definitely a plus. It's the grinding and pointless repetitive action that makes me stabby ... I'll have to give it a try at some point.

Also, the level cap is at 20, which you get by doing the story, and then the fun just starts :D If you play with a couple good people, you can get through most of the story in a day, if you dont mind playing for like 6 hours straight. lol

In a guild atm with some friends I've had on there since 2005. I have all 4 of the campaigns. Love the game, put about 3k-4k hours into it. Worth it imo, they're cheap and F2P.

IGN: Nyc Elite

@karma, Boon Prot got nerfed, a long time ago. And there's been somewhat (and that's an understatement) of a power creep in the skills released from the Nightfall campaign and onward.

@frogg, Wild guess, that toon is a rit?

@Flippy, there wasn't any grind until they released the Factions campaign where they added "titles." However it was superfluous and unnecessary. When Nightfall was released, more titles came and eventually some those titles along with the ones released in the Eye of the North campaign became grind titles that were pretty much essential to avoid gimping yourself.

Guild Wars is sucking up my life!!!!!!!

I have played for 40 hours in the past week and no TF2!!!! I need to stop!!! HELP :P

I've played 3,000 hours over 3 years, but I took a 6 months break and I started playing 2 weeks ago. !!!!!!!!! I can't stop :( I want to play tf2 but I can't because I''m doing the deep or urgoz or something.

BTW: My in game is Exterminate all... I started a gvg guild yesterday with a few friends, and we got a vent server. Hopefully we will get top ranked.

I've been playing gw since beta. I have lvl 20s in all the professions and I believe I finished all te campaigns with all of my toons but my sin. He's just finished factions. Anyway, My in game is Beist Maighstir if anyone wants to add.

@Flippy The only way you could possibly be bored with ths game is if you finsh all four campaigns and all the little quests then explore the entire game. I've been playing gw on and off for about 3 years and I'm still trying to explore it all.
