Kept my feedback organized the same way you did.
I am submitting my feedback as an avid player on the MC server, not as a voice for Minecraft LE.

Can you explain what /list is? I assume that it displays those who are online, which holding down the Tab key on your keyboard already does.

I see value in /helpop; maybe we can integrate it so it shows a ping on Discord for certain individuals? That would be neat.

Spoiler: Admins

/who: Can you explain in more detail what information this is supposed to provide? "See who is who" doesn't have any value in it for it to be considered.

Spoiler: Dedicated Supporters

/pweather & /ptime: I never understood the point of having these commands on a server, because regardless if you do /ptime day, it is still night, there are still monsters spawning. There are mods and resource packs to change this stuff yourself (can help with this if needed).

Instant Teleport would be considered overpowered in my opinion. If someone was in a bad situation (i.e, falling to their death or drowning in Lava), they could instantly TP somewhere and stop their death.
Shorter timer for teleports has been implemented: 5s -> 2s

Beacon+ prices seem to be fairly balanced in my opinion; Haste beacons are on the cheaper side, and the overpowered effects like flying are more expensive. Making certain ones free introduces P2W mechanics that I personally don't want to see on the server.

Teleport has been decreased to 2 Seconds.
Helpop has been added.

as far as Ptime or Pweather we are not going to add those as you can use resources that allow you to have brighter gameplay. If its needed for an Event or a Media/PR situation MCLE can change the players PTIME/PWEATHER for clipping etc.

Beacon+ Is not going to be altered at this time as its something you should have to work to upgrade fully.
