Announcement New CS2 Tags

Hey guys,

After discussion with the Counter-Strike Leadership team, we’ve decided to update our outdated DS tags to give supporters more ways to customize their chat and show off their personalities.

We asked for feedback both in-game and on the forums, and after reviewing your suggestions, here are the updated tags for all ranks:

Silver DS have access to:

If you’d like to use any of these new tags, you’ll need to be at least a Silver Supporter.

You can become a supporter by clicking here.

Once you’re a supporter, use /ds in-game to equip your tags.

CSS will be getting new tags shortly. They will be more tailored to CSS than these ones are. Like the phrases RDM and MFK wouldn't really make sense on CSS.

But yes, these tags in this post are CS2 only. When the new Source tags do come out a post will be made. Check back soon!

Immaculate A brief mention of possible new CSS DS tags were brought up recently in the EGO CSS Admin Discussion area in Discord. It shows your account as; "you cannot view this tab", so I'm thinking you need to /verify again in the EGO discord for MAUL to update your active status, and then you'll be able to go back in the discord and read the previous messages.
