Subnautica 2 any good yet?

So, Subnautica 2 just went into early access, and I'm debating getting it. I have played Subnautica 1 and Below Zero, but I don't know if I should wait for it to fully release or if I should get it now. I just want to know if it's currently worth the $30 price tag or if I should wait until it is developed more.

Haven't played it myself. But I believe its getting a lot of good reviews on steam. Worst comes to worst, buy it and try it out. And refund it if you feel the need to wait longer for a fuller release.

There's a plethora of stuff to do, even with a fresh early access release. If you plan on eventually getting it anyway, I personally say go ahead and snag it now because 1) the price is cheaper now than it will be at full release, and 2) there is an expansive roadmap of updates coming.

I have been enjoying it and haven't had any issues so far, despite it being early access. The coop works fine and the game itself looks really good. If you liked the other ones and have friends to play this with, it's probably worth picking up imo.

The only weird thing I've noticed would be the tadpole vehicles getting stuck on the ocean floor, lol.
Leaving the session and re-joining seems to fix this minor bug, with all progress being retained.

I've been having so much fun. I always wanted to play these games, I jumped into 2 since it has co-op. I still want to go back and play the other games, in VR if I can
