Fun Round vote

Detailed description of the bug
When I ran for a fun round option, the vote did successfully pass. But it was showing "Unknown will happen next round."
And then in the next round, the fun round did not operate and still a normal round. I had to wait for next round to go for another fun round vote again.

Strangely, I got this issue like 3 times today. It happened at around middle of the round.

It's still happening I did a vote for AWP'S and it said unknown

Can you confirm today.. I believe the issue was that we didn't have server restarts enabled. I've done that now.
