Delivered Bring back Ragdolls/Bodies instead of them disappearing

If this isn't a bug on the CS Dust2 server.. its an incredibly jarring decision for a lot of players. I had the entire server complaining to me about it today, as it makes it difficult to tell whether an enemy player was actually killed. Removing ragdolls is already something an individual is able to do through console commands if they prefer it.
