Within the rules regarding traitorous acts it says:
"Destroying/damaging the Traitor-Tester or a Health Station (doing this as an Innocent is griefing)."
I don't think this enough for the game. There should be something that more broadly encompasses the act of removing from the map / tampering with it in a traitorous way.
Some examples of things people can do right now under the rules that are not categorized as traitorous are:
Intentionally denying access to a Health Station (including hiding it, throwing it off the map, into hazards, or relocating it to an inaccessible location) is considered traitorous behavior.

- Moving the health station to spot that causes it to not be useable
- Throwing the health station off the map
- Running with it so no one else can use it
- Hiding it to be used for only T's
- Brining it to a T only room
- Using it to lead people to traps / exposed areas to be killed
