CT s skinned as Ts

Detailed description of the bug
CT's appear to be skinned as T's. Working on getting video of it, but anyone else experience this?

Encountered this issue for years... I'm not sure the source of the problem. But, recording a demo and then stopping that demo a few seconds later will correct this issue. While dead or in spectate mode; type in console: record demoname and then after 2 or 3 seconds, type: stop and then issue will self correct.

i remember like 2024, saw a T who wearing CT's skin. Gotta kill him and he finally turned back to T's skin.
