Called the Cyborg 5.1 Headset today! 
This is the best headset I've had so far! The 5.1 is perfect for games, music sounds great and movies are awesome! The sound quality is amazing! (compared to my old headset) The mic sounds great and very clear that others have told me. This headset can get VERY loud if you want it to be. I installed everything, had to restart and I didn't check the volume (which was on the highest it could be) and when my computer hit that Vista start up noise, I just about fell out of my chair. They could almost be used as speakers if you set them on your desk and turned them up. Overall its a really great headset. Its USB for the 5.1 and does have 3.5mm jacks for stereo and a mic if you want standard stereo. So if you have a nice soundcard and plan on using the USB, its not gonna be using your card. Didn't matter to me because I was using on-board before I got these.
