well i had just received a nice package in the mail, and it was my NEW SAITEK CYBORG KEYBOARD!!! lol i have only had about 10 mins to mess around with it, but it has probably been the best 10 mins of my weeks so far

i would suggest this keyboard to anyone looking for an amazing keyboard and someone who is willing to spend the money, but it is definitely the best money spent on my computer so far. The look is sleek. The colors are bright. The touch screen at the top, amazingly responsive.

Overall 9.9/10

-0.1 because the individual colors kinda blend into eachother, so you dont get individual lighting when you go into cyborg mode, but hey, it doesnt matter that much to me lol

PS: I didnt win this in the raffle, but i didnt want to feel left out from the 3 who did

green, nuff said.

yeah i agree the orange and yellow like to blend really easily but red and green are probably going to be the standards with are so easy to tell apart.

how bout them usb/audio jacks in the keyboard, huh huh!


also, i'd swing by the saitek site just to make sure you've got the latest drivers. apparently the volume led doesn't work properly on xp systems. if you're on vista then meh. And i'm still trying to figure out what the windows lock key does.

well im running vista but my volume isnt working... but i believe its because of the USB audio, im not using the 3.5" jacks on my audio card.

and what do you mean your trying to figure out what the windows lock key does.

when you turn it into cyborg mode the widows lock key disables your windows key so if you accidently bump it, it wont activate your start menu therefore causing your game to exit full screen, lag, and cause your death

so i may or may not be slightly retarded. I was under the impression it's toggled in cyborg mode. eh my mistake.

And try DLing the new drivers any way. I'm not using the audio jack at all on my keyboard. If i'm correct it's supposed to control the internal volume system on your computer (it should, the led should just be faulty atm, at most.) Even before i DLed the drivers the volume control, mute, play, rewind/forward buttons all worked just fine..

i'm only using the USB port for my Ipod. go me
