Usergroups question

I'm relatively new to =e= (been here about a month). I was wandering through the "My Usergroups" section and saw a usergroup called "Team Fortress 2 - Special Forces". What do members of this group do and who can join it?

Special Forces are a select group of admins who have proven both a commitment to and a firm understanding of the rules that govern us all. They train new admins, answer Q&A admin threads, and when needed handle any admin who steps out of line. When and if you make it to eG, you will attend an admin class taught by an SF member. If an SF member answers a question or makes a statement in the forums it can be assumed they have the full backing of the Advisors, DLs, and Council.

The membership is very select, limited to eGO, and invitation only.
