crysis help?

hey guys i just got a nice new computer and im so happy so the first thing i bought was crysis to test out the graphics. WOW is all i can say. im still on dx9 and i let the game auto config for me and it set everything on high. and when im in game everything looks AMAZING and i get great fps, no lag at all (so far, only played a little ) but the only thing that is bugging me that is kinda important is that im getting like mouse lag :\ i have smooth mouse off and i cant figure out wats up. by mouse lag, i dont mean scrolling a looking around lag. my problem is whenever i click my mouse, my gun most of the time doesnt fire. it fires once i click it 2 or three times, somtimes ill get lucky and itll be one click. but most of the time my gun doesnt shoot can anyone help me with this problem? is it my mouse? my mouse works just fine in every other game. plz help

Does this mouse lag ever happen in other programs or just running explorer?

If the answer to this is yes, I'd advise wiggling around the cable connecting into the mouse and making sure it is all the way plugged in in the back of your comp.

If the answer is no, I don't really know how to help. I would recommend checking EA's tech support website at http://support.ea.com and also the Crysis tech support forums at http://www.incrysis.com/forums/viewforum.php?id=26.

My friend tested Crysis for EA, so I'll ask him if he's heard of this particular problem.
