Hey guys, I was playing Team Fortress 2 and I notice that I started to lag continuously. I check my ping, but its low, but then I notice that my fps starts dropping for no reason. This kind of thing never happened even when I'm playing in a full server. Then when I check the console I notice that it has a lot of written RED WORDS saying this "Convar r_rootlod has conflicting FCVAR_CHEAT flags (child: FCVAR_CHEAT, parent: no FCVAR_CHEAT, parent wins)

And it also says "UNKNOWN COMMAND" "UNKNOWN COMMAND". Yes, I know it says "Cheats", but I'm sure I never used hacks before. Go ahead and check my Vac stats, I've never done those kind of things.
Please HELP, Its hard to play with this loading problem.
Is it because some how I must of enter into a bad server?
