Europa Universalis

ROME

Are you interested in building an Empire? Then eGO is the place for you! Besides building our own version of Rome we have some friends in Sweden at a Game Company called Paradox Interactive that has built a successful series of empire building games called Europa Universalis.

They asked us to give away several copies of the ROME episode to deserving eGO members.

Prince Abu has already won one copy of the game by knowing that it was Artimus who named EdgeGamers and eGO.

One Copy will be given way to a member in the banner contest.

That leaves a couple of more to spread around. Over the next week or so we are going to pick some more people to get a copy of this awesome Strategy Game!

We hope you win!

Senātus Populusque Rōmānus.

Maybe we should pick that up as a catch phrase? SPQR

Abu, I need your address.

These are very decent games. It would be very cool to try it out. I played Europa Universalis back in the day.

sweet, i think this is an excellent way for ego to reward the deserving mature people of the clan =D (im not sweet talking you!)

[sokO]

Very interesting. Is this like a "Build up the city" type of game? A simulator? Is this the same as Rome : Total War?

Thanks, Cr@SH!

[Newman]

are the extra copies being given away at random?

[Ren]

Never played it, but the fact you guys are doing this is pretty sweet.

Looks interesting, like a cross between AoE and RISK from the screenshots

[ramatheson]

It's a bit (a BIT) like the old game Diplomacy.

[Hostile]

How is who gets them decided? Btw, I coulda told you it was Artimus who came up with the eGO name. Oh, and JohnT wanted to name it Mean Old Bastards, MoB. =)

[Prince Abu]
