I'm curious to see where people game and what they use so post your gaming/workspace pictures here. I'll start:

Oooooh! someone else who uses linux to run TF2!!! I thought there was only one of me; that or you're dual-booting and just showing your inner geek.

Here is mine and yes, that is a Mac that I am playing TF2 on. Runs perfectly fine along with DoD :)

My mess

Well, here goes nothing. First of all, let me apologize for the mess that my office is in. I was recently cleaning out the closet in here and have not had the time to put everything back.

Second, it looks like my 5 year old camera has finally had enough abuse, as I'm getting weird horizontal "scan lines" in the pictures. Oh well.

Lastly, click on the images if you want a slightly higher res .png. The .pngs are over 1MB each, so I decided to resize and save as .jpg for actual posting purposes.

My main rig:

My nice leather desk chair broke on me a couple of weeks ago, so I'm having to use one of the chairs from my kitchen table. And it sucks, but the set used to belong to my great grandmother, so I can't throw it out. I'm moving in the next couple of months, so I'm going to just wait until then to buy a new chair. Also, that silver speaker behind my monitor will eventually be replaced with the same Bose speakers on the left and right. I'm just having a hard time finding somebody selling a single speaker of that model on eBay.

More stuff:

To the left of my rig is, well, more junk. Yes, that is a VCR there. I use it for the rare video capture project.

Servers (kinda):

To the left again are my servers. The Old Dell is actually running Server 2003 and is my Domain Controller/DNS server. It also does some light file sharing duties, but I still haven't moved my RAID array into it from my desktop computer. That's another "when I move" project. The other, case less computer, is a perpetual case mod project. It's running Windows XP, and it serves up some files and is also used for the occasional video capture project. Oh, and you the 5.1 receiver that powers my surround sound system below the CRTs.

More, just, crap:

And... we get to the mess. Like I said, I was cleaning out a closet a couple of weekends ago. I really only took this picture as the two tower speakers make up the rest of my 5.1 surround sound system that I game with.

Yup. They both run at 1680x1050. Thankfully, I'm able to run TF2 and DoD at that resolution with high detail, so I don't get any weird scaling problems. Also, when I game the second monitor usually has my .txt file with all of the TF2 servers listed, LeafChat (my IRC client) Speedfan, Ventrilo, and a command prompt window pinging my cable modem to monitor internal network integrity. I love being able to glance at all of that stuff while I'm in the middle of a game.

i could use duel monitor set up but i dont know how to make it so when i click on the other screen my game dont shrink :\

mop, do you actually play like that? With your mouse in front of your keyboard? That looks like it'd be uncomfortable.
