Admin Only Voice Chat in TF2?

Would it be possible to have an admin-only voice chat channel in TF2?

I know we have general chat for each team, and that allspeak can be enabled; I was just wondering if there could be another discrete channel added to give the admins the ability to speak to each other?

There's probably a good reason why not, but i was just curious - thanks!

I'm not sure if that's possible 0.o In all the severs that I've admined/run, I've never seen such a thing.

i'm pretty sure there's a private eg/ego channel in ventrillo if you want to have admin-only voice chat...i think
