how to request a "not a ban" watch

Just curious - how does one go about posting a "watch" on someone who's been offensive on different occassions on different days with different admins on Turbine? I've seen him warned by several admins but didn't know how to mention it without an actual ban request (and I don't have some of the required info to boot)

I'm pretty he has not yet been banned but I haven't played since Tuesday. When I'm on his team I just mute him now.

can anyone point me the right way? Do I need to bother?

The best way would be to talk into admin chat.

When you see a player warned by an admin, simply pop open team_chat and start the line with a @. Tell the warning admin that the player has been similarly been warned before. List days and other warning admins whenever possible.

Note: You will not see what you just wrote. Only admins may see admin chat, but everyone can write into it.

Alternatively, you can post a ban request with an account of the multiple instances you've seen a player warned for the same offense. It may not result in a ban, but at the very least the name will be out there.

Butcher, if it's team chat, and you put @ first, all of the people with admin access in that server will get it. It's a great way to let us know that there is a problem we may have missed, and we really appreciate that help!

If you use that, it may be helpful to tell the admins that you are not an admin yourself, and cannot see their responses in admin chat.

Of course, but not all admins look for that (I do), not all G's have their admin powers yet (I had to message admins several times while waiting for my admin to take effect), and not all admins wear tags.

Thanks for posting this, I never knew you could do that. The other night on Toyfort I saw an offensive spray, but didn't know how to contact an admin about it (so I just covered it with my spray instead).

(And I'm pretty sure I know who Dnice is talking about. )

Oh, that's how you contact an admin in game. I thought it involved the @, but I remember someone trying it and it just going out to everyone. Didn't know it had to be team chat.
