How to normalize everyones volumes.

In ventrilo click setup

* In Ventrilo click Setup
* Click SFX in the top right
* Add Compressor

Gain = Volume you want everyones voices at
Attack = 0.01
Release = around 400
Threshold = -30
Ratio = 5-10
Predelay = 4

doing this will make sound quality for some ppl crap but at least you don't go deaf or have to strain to hear ppl

i was tired of being in game, and having to constantly adjust my volume. because some people's mics are REALLY loud
while others are so soft i can't hear them.
