The Strand and Flash server (on the same box) will be turned off for fixes. There is no time period that will be given for how long it should take.

This may happen a few times the next day or so starting after 5pm cst. This is to fix the download issue on Strand and the UserID ticket issue on Strand/Flash.

While the servers are down, please do not PM, Xfire, Steam msg, or vent pm leadership asking when the servers will be back up. It only slows the process.
 
Me and my friends have had a lot of trouble when we try to play Flash, so I am looking forward to this. Thanks for taking care of these problems.
 
Ok, I wiped the instances on the box and installed everything.

Could you all report here if you see the userID ticket issue again? I did see one last night right after I started both servers, but not another one after that.

If it does happen, tell me how full the server was also.

Ok!!! Kendle Thanks for the update. When I get home tonight I let you know if I have any trouble getting on the Strand Map.
 
Yes, Thanks! More people can play now with out getting kicked off. I hope >.>
 
Still not fixed, I played for several hours earlier yesterday (July 30th) and it was kicking people constantly for invalid steam tickets.
 
Thanks for trying, it boots me plenty still on both servers.
Keep it up guys, you can fix it!
 
perhaps the best thing to do is wait until steam creates a fix to its horrible palermo update
