They had 2 choices, push the game back again to perfect it or cut some content and put it in later so they can release it sooner, either way people would be mad.

Thing is they cut content badly. Some races have more classes than others which not only over-balances things but will create a larger force for that race. Take the Chaos vs Empire area for example. The Empire have just lost a class whereas Chaos still have all four.

I'm pretty sure they are allowing other races to go into each others RvR zones so it will offset the imbalance.

bleh, I hate shoveling in money for a game that I already paid for, if I hear it is insanely good and I can play as a crossbowman from stirland then I may get the game...

I've tried to join the Beta so many times, but I never gotten accepted. I played it at the Comic-con for about 50 seconds (too many people), and it plays like WoW :'(. I still want to play it when it comes out though.

bah i loved Mythic Entertainment... Magestorm was an amazingy game :\.. the graphics weren't the best, the creativity and amount of fun and time i put into that game was off the charts.. def'ly one of my most favorite games growing up.

LoL, When i went to sign up it was asking for a Race and Class and i didnt kno what to put in so and i dont have a ingame character name so lol i dont think i could even qualify for a membership lol

I heard you are starting at lvl 40 in this MMO ? But the kinda lame thing about WAR is that im now used to AoC and their real life combat system, so when I play WoW and other MMO`s its like: "Ill just go to the toilet while I kill that guy". But anyways, I really wanna try it out.

Are you talking about for the app? You just put what name you are going to be in the game and then you put what class you are planning to be, if you don't know what class then put undecided. You don't have to have an in game character to put up an app, obviously, as the game hasn't been released yet. so for example put Swifty- Undecided as the title and then fill out the app in the thread that you create.

You don't literally start at level 40. You level from 1-40 and then there's so much to do at level 40 that the devs say "that's where the game really begins". And do you honestly like AoC? I couldn't stand that game.

I think that all the people taking part in the beta began at level 40? Correct me if I'm wrong I never got the chance.

Ah, I never played in closed beta, they did several stages in testing in closed beta and some of the stages were for higher levels and some for lower levels, I thought you were talking about the live game not beta so I got confused there.
