BioHazard Sig?

Alright, I'm digging for something that I can't seem to get my head around, just not creative enough I suppose..

I want something, with like a nice background, maybe a render (doesn't really matter what, just something decent looking). . But I want BioHazard popping out of the top.. I don't really know how to describe it, but I kinda want the text slanted, with like half in the sig, half out the top..

Any takers?

Unfortunately, I can't seem to get my head around the transparency game and when posting on forums without a white background, I have a little bit of white/gray behind the biohazard lettering.
