Joining eGO server problem

Okay I have two computers with two different Steam accounts I want to have them join the eGO Office server on CSS, however if one of them is connected on there the other will fail connecting after 4 retries.

What I know/have done:
-Its not being blocked by KAC for close name relationship
-Connected with DHCP enabled on the router
-Connected with DHCP disabled and static LAN IPs
-Tried to connect both to an eGO DoDS server and same thing
-Connected both to a non-eGO server fine

What I haven't done/tried:
-Cant try for TF2, second account doesnt have it)
-Send in a complaint to Steam, ATT, and anybody else I can blame

What Im using for router, internet, comps:
Router: Linksys WRT54G3G
Internet: AT&T Mobilebroadband (its an AirCard plugged into the router)
Aircard: Sierra Wireless AC881
Computer 1: Running Win XP Pro SP2, connected via LAN
Computer 2: Running Vista Home Pre, connected via wifi

That'll be the fact they're on the same connection. I'm not sure about CSS but I know in a lot of games you can't log in with two accounts on the same external IP.

Ive connected to other CSS servers fine but eGO servers block one of them

Then it could be a server script, I know I've adminned servers with them in GTA: SAMP, they can auto boot whatever signs in second on the same IP. Not sure if it's there but it's possible.

well its not booting me because I cant even see my account join the server and so it doesnt say it was kicked, blocked, banned.
And accounts are clean, neither banned

It has to do with ports, are you running a router?

Cause I know I tried doing this running just a modem ( using just 2 different computers )
And I got this problem, it seems that you need a router to run both.

SourceMod, is the problem because when I tried to connect to Dunks server, it was blocked, but the one server I tried I wasnt blocked on was running Mani...
