Processor question

Will this processor work with this motherboard? I know that they're both LGA775 slots, although I'm unsure if there are any unforseen accidents that I wouldn't like to have.

ya i totally agree w/ nittany on this. i would so stay away from dell products. now i notice that the mobo is micro atx. is that what your case is or is ur case reg atx? if its reg atx, i have a gigabyte mobo that i got from newegg & it works like a charm (thats if ur interested). the mobo is still brand new.

Not gonna work... that dell board is aweful old and the Wolfdale processors require a farely new board...
