My new power supply

bought it off this 1 guy for $45 at quakecon 2008. wonderin if my friend will give me his 700w (if he does ill sell this psu to whoever is interested).

not bad, i wouldve gone higher wattage, but also there is the fact that you only got it for $45...

that's still a pretty decent deal for a non gaming computer. Media center/budget build or the like.
Granted i have 0 experience with FSP so i can't say they are decent or not.

well i got the psu from quakecon 08 so its not like i really had a choice. it was there & available & this other guy wasnt round 2 buy it from this guy, so i offered a price & he accepted. when i got home, i looked it up & found out how much i really saved. so really, if i dont get my friends 700w psu, then ill go ahead & install this 600w (@ least its better than my current psu which is 460).

buying power supplies for me is important and im pretty picky because they can destroy your entire comp if they fail. I would have gotten a thermaltake, corsair, or antec.
