Flash Laggin My Web Browser

When I go on youtube or anything that has flash, my internet browser starts laggin, I have tried to reinstall the browser, flash, my addons, everything. Not has works. These are the browsers that I have tried it with. Firefox, Opera, and IE. It's all the same, it start lagging when I try to look a flash stuff. Any ideas why?

When did the problem start, and had you recently made any changes?

Also, what security software do you have installed?
