Ehh... hopefully you have time for this, mine should be relatively simple
I'd like a picture of Mizore Shirayuki from Rosario + Vampire and my name on the sig, whatever else you think it may need. No rank or division please.
Possibly a picture like the one at the very bottom of www.onlygoodanimes.com (sorry, not trying to advertise, just showing an example)

What do you want?
I basically want the same sig I have now, but a bit different. I want to have a (size 1) black, rounded border. I also want the bear in my current sig in the top left corner (can find it on google pictures (search Snuggles bear)). If your good at taking images out of pictures, I would want the Snuggles bear in my avatar to be used. Please make the bear half the size as it is in my current sig.
Also, can you add bullet holes (like the ones in my current sig) & make the length smaller than the one I have now.
Background color:
Sage green (darker than what I have now).
Name:
=(eGO)=? MrSnuggLeZ
Division:
DOD:S (space space) CAL Team (space space) Admin Recruiters
Want this to be on the bottom left (font size 10; color off white, but a little darker)
Pictures (if any): Would prefer the one in my avatar, but if not please use the same one in my current sig.

whatever looks nice, but show something with a scout in a running pose and some effects like white smoke around him to kinda make people think he's moving really fast.
color themes: Black, grey, white, and maybe a little of the green similar to my sig...(the eye)

Color/Background : I want a full black backround and then i want a CRIMSON colour glowing around the picture plus the sword has to be crimson hopefull it can be done because my name is crimson BLADE
In the picture i want the character only not the writing bit ^^
