nvlddmkm.sys HELP ME!!!!

My computer is having this really nasty problem. It crashed to the BSOD due to something called nvlddmkm.sys Now it won't boot up unless it's in safe mode. The real problem is, is that I tried reinstalling the drivers and it still won't work. IDK what to do. Please someone help me.

i think there was a solution but im not really sure that it works, worth a try though some people said they had success with it though, look under wingscancer post

I had this when i first installed vista. I reinstalled and everything works now

lol reinstalling is kinda drastic, maybe just put in the windows disc and fix the windows files
