This HD or not?

Seagate Barricuda drives are nice I just got 2 of em. I would think that they are compatible.?.? Don't see why they wouldn't be

The picture of your MB on Newegg shows it has 4xSATA ports so you should be fine. Don't forget that drive is OEM, though, so you need to buy the SATA cord separately (unless your like me and have 6 or 7 just lying in your computer room xD).

As said above, just make sure you have the cable. Price is good too, so no worries there.
