A bit of help?

Alright, so I'm making a website for an external project, and I could use a little help with some of the image editing. I have these buttons here:

Those two are a set of buttons (the bottom one is for onHover). I need one set that says "home", one that says "about", one that says "members", and a fourth that says "forum". I would do this myself but I'm not confident I can get the text in exactly the same place for each button. Anyone who thinks they can help me with this one I'd be very grateful.

as I am trying to make a site with freewebs (not liking it at all) and if its free or not tell me how to do it!
