Spray/ sig request

Hey guys is there any way that you can please make me a sig/spray the exact same with a picture of a spy backstabbing or behind an enemy wit the words "Watch your back...I ain't yo Homie", then my name underneath it. Please help me as i totally suck with photoshop and everything. I thank yo so much ahead for anyone willing to help.
