Battlestations: Midway

Well I bought BM on steam yesterday and I tried to play it but as soon as I start a mission my whole system locks up and I have to do a hard restart. I've re-downloaded it, I've updated DirectX but still nothing. I went to the Steam Forums and a lot of other people say they have the same problem or something close to it, and most likely its Vista that's the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

hey wally check the battlestations forums seems some people are having the same problem be it your video card or vista

Yup, from the looks of those posts its the 4800 series drivers that are doing it.

The 4800 series drivers aren't the best yet because the cards are so new. Drivers get better over time.
